From the very beginning of my claim I knew I was in the best of good hands with State Farm as my agent assured me that the whole ordeal with be significant but that I really was in good hands and to reach out anytime. Some feel they can save money by using a on line toll free agent free policy, but if a claim becomes necessary having coverage with a local personal agent makes all the difference.
